Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain Dynatrace SaaS solutions, ensuring comprehensive observability across cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Utilize MONACO (Management as Code) for configuration management and scaling observability.
  • Design, develop, and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to automate deployment of monitoring configurations and updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define monitoring requirements and ensure alignment with business capabilities.
  • Develop tailored dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
  • Enhance incident management processes by integrating Dynatrace with ServiceNow for automated incident handling.
  • Drive the adoption of AI-powered observability practices, including anomaly detection and predictive analytics.
  • Contribute to the organization’s shift towards DevSecOps maturity by integrating observability into development workflows.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to team members to maximize the value of Dynatrace tools and practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong expertise in Dynatrace SaaS, including setup, configuration, and advanced features.
  • Proficiency in MONACO for scalable and automated observability configurations.
  • Experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud environments (Azure preferred), and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with integrating monitoring solutions with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.
  • Proven ability to create meaningful dashboards and visualizations tailored to different stakeholder needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving system issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken); Dutch language skills are a strong preference.
