This ambition is enabled by our delivery tribes in collaboration with Easy Banking, Products, Guided & Relationship Banking. Within our tribes, work is done to improve the customer journeys of products (and services) that are related to each other. For example, the further development of the lease products is done within Tribe Lease, the business credit products within Tribe Business Lending, etc. Tribe Digital deals with Customer Data and IT-related Digital Channels.
Your key responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Business Banking NL, the Tribe Lead Digital will be an integral part of the Business Banking NL leadership team. You will directly manage the Product Area Leads from the Tribe and will closely collaborate with the Tech counterparts to ensure seamless delivery and strategy execution. Collaboration with the other Business Banking teams like Easy Banking, Guided & Relationship Banking and product verticals, including Lending, Financial Services, Payments, Real Estate Finance, and Transaction Services, is essential to ensure a consistent approach, foster alignment, and steer towards creating the best customer experience.
The focus will be on delivering according to the strategy & roadmap, while maturing the capabilities within the tribe. This role is key in driving a seamless execution & ensure a relentless customer centricity.
