Your challenge

Your role:
Support in access & equity strategy 2030 update: desk research and interviews business stakeholders
Support promising access & equity acceleration projects in businesses, especially with market research in global health and social business topics
Support internal program activation and engagement on access and equity, including Community of Practice and Competency Building on the topic of access to care.
Support ad hoc, relevant requests related to health equity and access (e.g. research for strategy work, etc.).
Capture minutes of the meetings, create action trackers and follow up on progress updates
Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders in the Businesses, Regions, Functions, and Partners, and ensure maximum coordination of resources and effort.
You're the right fit if:
Currently running your Master studies such as Health economics/management, Global Health, Biomedical or Economics/Business/Finance with affinity in global/public health or other relevant studies
Excellent research and analytical skills
Strong communication & writing skills
Strong networker & connector
Self-starter: motivated, talented, hard-working, eager, independent, hands-on
Relevant experience, e.g. previous internship, (extracurricular projects, etc.) related to global health and business
Excellent knowledge of oral and written English
Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills

Market competitive Internship compensation.
Next to that, we are offering a decent internship package:
Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level and if you would need to relocate to The Netherlands. If you will perform a part-time internship you will receive the allowance pro-rata.
Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300,- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,- net for all other Philips locations. You need to provide a rental contract of the land lord, and your normal home-work travel distance need to be more than 50 km or travel time (one way trip) need to be more than 1.5 hours.
Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €145,- net
Paid holidays per internship term.

Internship is not intended for graduation/research projects.
Please note that in order to be considered for an internship, you need to be registered as a student during the entire internship period. Formal documentation of which may be requested at any time. Students from outside the EU need to fill in an NUFFIC agreement, which needs to be signed by the student and the university.
