This is a backfill role and will be an individual contributor, responsible for partnering directly with the Managing Director Malaysia to fulfil our hiring needs and lead Talent Acquisition initiatives across Malaysia. The role is a key member of the Group Talent Acquisition team and reports remotely to Singapore Headquarters. It is also a key member of the People & Culture team in Malaysia and sits on the local P&C Leadership team, led by the Country HR Business Partner.

As a Guru you will be accountable for:
Collaborating with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for various roles.
Identifying and engaging high-potential candidates through various sourcing methods.
Conducting in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
Continuously improving recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Building strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide expert advice.
Using recruitment data and metrics to drive decisions and provide insights on recruitment performance.
Lead in-market employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote the company as an employer of choice.
We're looking for someone who has:
Proven experience in a matrix talent acquisition model, partnering successfully with HRBP and hiring manager stakeholders
Solid understanding of recruitment strategies, talent market trends, and best practices
Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies and build forward talent pipelines
Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data
Experience of hiring for sales and corporate functions, as well as Early Careers hiring
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, preferably Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter
