Job Summary

The IT Technical Lead will lead a team of technical professionals, solving complex technical problems, developing technical strategies and ensuring the team meets the timeline and deliverables. The primary goal is to ensure the delivery of high-quality solution from vendor and participate design to ensure the solution is alignment with Bank Enterprise Architecture Framework. You will collaborate with cross- functional teams, including development, product management, and project stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and alignment with project goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical staff, communicating technical concepts in a clear and understandable way.

• Engagement with business stakeholders to highlight any technical and implementation constraints throughout the project, especially during requirements gathering and analysis phases.

• Responsible in the preparation IT Solutions Review Deck and Technical Design Specifications (TSD); or perform reviews of such deliverables from vendors.

• Supervision the development of the delivery solution to ensure adherence to design and technical specifications.

• Collaboration with backend system teams for the implementation of system interfaces or changes to existing interfaces, including any changed required within the backend systems

• Oversee the implementation of IT infrastructure project, including hardware, software, and networking components.

• Manage and prioritize tasks and projects to ensure deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security standards.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science-related field required; Master’s degree is an advantage.

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture design & implementation experience on Digital or Core Banking solution with the ability to architect or explain complex systems interactions including data flows, common interfaces, APIs and experience in designing and implement cloud solutions in Azure. Certification is an advantage.

• Certifications: Certified Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect focuses on designing and implementing solutions on Microsoft Azure, Project Management certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or other relevant certifications are preferred.
