Job Summary

 Responsible to drive new contractual opportunities within the Enterprise Named accounts in Thailand & Malaysia by expanding and articulating the HP Managed Services core value proposition. Target to achieve market share expansion on managed services & solution revenue generation. Lead joint Pursuit/Sales strategy, business development and team leadership, pricing strategy, value proposition, SOW and MSA negotiation and deal closure. Support the MBO proper of the wider Greater Asia plan to contribute to overall print & PC services growth & transform the sales engagement process focusing an outcome based approach for our customers. 

Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for understanding the organization's offerings, conducting clients’ needs assessments, and offering technical support during the sales process. The role collaborates with internal teams to contribute to proposal development, negotiations, sales pipeline management, and sales forecasting. The role stays updated with the industry trends and guides junior team members to enhance their sales and consulting skills. 

What a Services Sales does at HP:  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of the organization’s products and services while explaining product features and benefits to potential customers.• Offers technical expertise and support to the account managers in identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and driving revenue growth.• Conducts thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their specific requirements and challenges and offer tailored solutions.• Contributes to proposal development, negotiations, and deal closings by providing technical expertise, pricing information, and other critical inputs to secure business deals.• Manages sales pipelines by tracking leads, opportunities, and sales prospects through various stages of the sales process and identifies improvement areas.• Maintains strong relationships with existing clients providing ongoing support, addressing client concerns, and actively seeking opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.• Interfaces with both internal teams and external industry experts to anticipate customer needs and facilitate the development of tailored solutions.• Contributes to sales forecasting efforts by providing insights and data on potential sales opportunities, expected timelines, and revenue projections.• Attends industry events and seminars to stay updated on new techniques and technologies and continuously adapt in a rapidly changing business environment to enhance their sales efforts.• Guides junior team members to help them enhance their sales and consulting skills and support their professional growth.Education & Experience Recommended• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in technical selling, consultative selling, account management, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.Preferred CertificationsNAKnowledge & Skills• Balancing (Ledger/Billing)• Business Development• Business To Business• Customer Relationship Management• Demonstration Skills• Enterprise Sales• Marketing• Merchandising• Outbound Calls• Presales• Product Demonstration• Product Knowledge• Sales Engineering• Sales Process• Sales Prospecting• Selling Techniques• Solution Selling• Technical Sales• Value Propositions• Wireless SalesCross-Org Skills• Effective Communication• Results Orientation• Learning Agility• Digital Fluency• Customer CentricityImpact & Scope• Impacts multiple teams and may act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.Complexity• Responds to moderately complex issues within established guidelines.
