1.Monitoring team sales performance and ensure submissions on daily basis in line with bank’s target.
2.Having joint discussions with Line Managers to analyze the financial and economic market to develop a sales plan and strategy.
3.Working with Line Managers to plan daily/weekly/monthly sales activities as per sales plan and strategy.
4.Acting promptly on leads and follow up activity, in order to close the sale.
5.To organize roadshows and corporate counter on a weekly basis.
6.To ensure submissions by staffs are within the Bank’s guideline and ensure document authentication in order to minimize fraud cases.
7.To ensure Head Count target are met.
8.Training and coaching of staff.
9.Maintaining a professional appearance at all times, during roadshows/events and during working hours.
10.Observing all laws and regulations governing the Bank’s business and profession.
11.Treating all customer’s information as confidential.
12. Avoiding aggressive and offensive sales practices.
13. To comply with PDPA 2010, FSA 2013 and other related guidelines.
