Accountabilities :LEAD and own Maxis Segment Marketing Communications roadmap – includes advertising, digital/ content/social marketing, customer & partner engagements (both online and offline) and quarterly A&P budget planning for the identified segment. Must be align with key business KPIs across divisions ie product, sales & service, customer service, brand etc.
LEAD: Actionable insights into the segments – deep insights into the communities/ niche segments that will lead to fresh value propositions and innovative ways of persuading and reaching identified segments. Insights should be derived from both customer research and data driven insights (both internal and external data).
SUPPORT Maxis product and sales team via always on marketing activities that helps generate leads, enquires and walk-ins. Manage marketing to ensure segment-related products are constantly having media exposure and coverage.
SUPPORT key acquisition + base marketing initiatives across segments - marketing strategies must be aligned with business KPIs and data driven insights to drive acquisition, manage churn and increase ARPU for said segments.
Requirements :
Bachelors Degree
You have 4-6 years of work experience in any area of brand, marketing, digital
Exceptional ability to translate commercial ambitions into brand goals, strategies and activities
Fluent in Marketing Communications beyond traditional advertising - digital marketing experience is a must. Preferably with some experience in content marketing, content curation and/or content development
A thinker, but also a doer - ability to multitask, chaos-manage and enjoys work in a fast-paced, always-something-new environment.
