Functional (job responsibilities)Sales & Service1. Providing superior service to branch customers and cross selling of bank products as applicable2. Required to carry clear sales targets for specific products as per KRA3. Assist in the management of branch queue time including CSAT and Mystery Shopping4. Learning and using I-Pads/other devices (if applicable to branch) for customer service/ cross selling5. Perform Meeter-Greeter/Navigator role on rotational basis / as applicable6. Participate in weekend open houses/cross selling initiatives as and when required7. Assist in calling up customers for service / sales interactions8. Stepping out of the branch to meet customers for service / sales discussions occasionally / as applicable9. Support Bank’s Digital Transformation initiatives10. Accepting assignments as required to maintain adequate staffing levels throughout branch network withinthe Region.Operations11. Accept and process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, Remittances, ANSB and any other productslaunched by the Bank from time to time) in a timely and accurate manner.12. Over-riding of transactions as and when required.13. Perform RCSA diligently as required14. Comply to Bank’s internal SOPs as applicable15. On stand-by during weekend for SST activities / as applicable16. Perform Relief CSOM functions (applicable to 2 nd liners)17. Rotation to the 2 nd liner role as part of career growth to a CSOM position18. Responsible for overall branch cash holding and end of day cash balancing (applicable for Chief Cashier)19. Comply to staff rotation guidelines through inter-branch/region transfer as part of operational riskmitigation20. Observe the Bank’s Code of Conduct & EthicsOther Responsibilities21. Maintaining confidentiality of customers and Bank’s information in a responsible manner22. Keeping a clean, organized work area and maintain a professional appearance23. Attending all trainings as applicable including e-learning / mandatory training24. Filing of reports25. Occasionally help in branch housekeeping activities, including but not limited to moving of carton boxes,retrieving of vouchers from storage, etc.26. Carrying out other duties as assigned periodically.
