Job Scope:
Supporting the strategic development of recruitment activities and ensure the delivery of Company’s financing schemes and recruitment initiatives across regions. Identify and support other recruitment pipelines to achieve Company recruitment target.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Align recruitment efforts with the overall company business goals through recruiting of new recruits set by the company.
- Support in ideation and execution of all recruitment strategy and activities to achieve Recruitment goals.
- Work with Regional Recruitment Champs to build recruitment pipeline and monitor the progress of the conversion – including monthly nationwide activities updates, pipeline tracking and BYB reports
- Activate Year 1 agents through close monitoring of their productivity and intervene with corrective measure when it is needed
- Work closely with the agency force to drive new recruits and provide support to help them recruit quality candidates.
- Adaptation of all things digital such as PRUForce Recruitment module, PRUDNA and Prudential Wealth Planner website.
Job Specification:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any studies.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in insurance/ financial services industry.
- Strong project management skills and keen understanding of strategic development planning and execution.
- Ability to produce under pressure and management of timelines and production.
- Experienced in either Agency Training, Strategic Development, Agency Development or Strategic Business Planning is an added value.
Knowledge
- Shows understanding of Company’s Agency business channel, compensation and development structure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Able to analyze recruitment data and provide solutions.
- Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communications skills in English.
