Get to Know the Team

We are looking for an Engineer, Productivity Solutions to serve as a subject matter expert for enterprise productivity tools, including Google Workspace, Slack, Enterprise Search, Asana, and Canva. The role will involve providing Level 2 support, managing system administration, automation, integrations, security & compliance, and handling vendor management. You will join a dynamic team reporting to the Manager, Productivity Solutions.

Get to know the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience with workflows, integrations, and automation and be comfortable performing regular housekeeping of productivity systems to ensure optimal performance. While scripting or coding knowledge is a plus, the primary focus is on incident escalation, service requests, and operational excellence.

This role is based on-site in our Petaling Jaya office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Productivity Systems Administration: Manage and maintain Google Workspace, Slack, Enterprise Search, Asana, Canva, and other enterprise tools.
L3 Support & Service Requests: Serve as the Level 3 escalation point for incidents and service requests related to productivity systems.
Automation & Integrations: Support and enhance workflows, integrations, and automation to improve productivity.
Security & Compliance: Collaborate with IT Security and Compliance teams to enforce governance policies and best practices.
Vendor Management: Work with vendors for troubleshooting, licensing, feature requests, and escalations.
Housekeeping & Optimisation: Initiate regular cleanup, deprovisioning, and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
User Training & Documentation: Create knowledge base articles, conduct training, and educate employees on best practices for using productivity tools.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

Experience Level: High entry-level (some prior experience in IT support, system administration, or productivity tools).
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and other productivity tools.
Nice to Have:
Basic scripting or coding knowledge (Google Apps Script, Python, REST APIs) to assist with automation and integrations for bulk requests and platform improvement.
Experience with security policies, IAM, or governance frameworks related to productivity tools.
ITIL or ITSM process understanding.
Time Zone Coverage: Role will support the local timezone where the candidate is based.
