JOB PURPOSE

  • Perfection of HP agreement and supporting documents

  • Agreements are sent out as per stipulated timeline

  • Fixed asset verification

ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Perfection of HP agreement, HP guarantee agreement and supporting documents

  • Ensure agreements are sent out as per stipulated timeline

  • Updating of HP disbursement register

  • Sending of mail to post office/ purchase of bar code

  • Stamping of HP agreement and HP Guarantee agreement within stipulated timeline

  • To enlist dealers to be the deposit agent when necessary

  • Responsible for PBR movement/register and review of PBR facility

  • Joint custodian of security documents, VOC and credit files.

  • To approve HP documentation in Data Imaging System (DIS – checker).

  • To make 2nd call to hirer upon posting of HP agreement.

  • Attending to walk-in customers and inbound calls enquiry on Auto Finance related matters Relief security documentation and motor insurance.

  • Fixed asset verification

  • Cross-selling of Bank’s products.

  • To undertake any other job functions as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
