Key Responsibilities:
Program Planning and Strategy:
- Develop and execute program strategies in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Define program scope, goals, and deliverables, considering resource availability and constraints.
Project Portfolio Management:
- Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are aligned with the program's objectives and contribute to overall business success.
- Prioritize projects based on strategic importance and resource availability.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve program goals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the project teams.
- Identify and address skill gaps, providing training and development opportunities for team members.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, project sponsors, and external partners.
- Communicate program objectives, progress, and challenges effectively to all stakeholders.
Risk Management:
- Identify and assess risks associated with the program and individual projects.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring effective utilization of resources.
- Collaborate with finance and resource management teams to allocate resources appropriately.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to monitor project performance.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular status reports for executive management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP) are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
