Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic graduate to join our team. As a Graduate Hire, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. This role is designed to provide you with a comprehensive introduction to your field of interest, with hands-on experience and mentorship from industry experts.

Key Responsibilities:

·Project Management: Assist in coordination of various teams testing and evaluating for the development of design and its implementation of the best output.
·Data Analysis: Analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to support business decisions.
·Technical Support: Install, configure and test application software and tools.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges and improve processes.
·System Development: Gather any requirement or functionality changes in current applications for development purposes.
·Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

·Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechatornic /Electical/Automation Engineering from a recognized institution.
·Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer hardware, software, factory systems and networks configuration and installation.
·Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.
·Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across various departments.
·Adaptability: Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

·Internship experience in a related field is a plus.
·Knowledge of factory system and automation integration.
·Experience and familiar with computer hardware, software, factory systems and networks configuration and installation.
