We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Learning and Development Intern to join our team and gain practical experience in the design, development, and delivery of training programs. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to creating engaging learning experiences for our employees.

• Assist in the design and development of training materials (presentations, eLearning modules, learning resources, etc.).

• Support the coordination and delivery of training programs (logistics, scheduling, communication with participants, etc.).

• Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and gathering feedback from participants.

• Updating and maintaining all training records and reports

• Provide administrative support to the team and any other special projects as assigned

Eligibility

• Malaysian citizen;

• Undergraduate/ graduate with background in Communications, Instructional Design, or relevant fields from a local or international university;

• Possess CGPA / GPA score of 3.0 and above, or equivalent;

• Able to commit to entire duration of program (minimum 6 months);

• Able to demonstrate leadership qualities and ability to overcome challenges through degree or extra-curricular activities;

• Displays enthusiasm when given tasks, able to communicate with people at various seniority levels and work cohesively in a project or team environment;

• Proven ability to handle and analyze data with strong attention to detail;

• Possess the passion and motivation to push for growth and success in the banking and financial industry;

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

• Strong organizational and time management skills;

• Strong interest in learning and development and a passion for helping others grow.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate);

• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS);

• Graphic design skills.

Remuneration

• A basic monthly allowance
