• To be abreast with all STMKB’s Advisory Takaful Products and promote them to Affin customers. To perform sales and business activities.
• Drives personal Advisory Takaful production and formulate action plans to achieve personal production target.
• Builds and fosters long term and profitable relationship with customers and potential customers by providing excellent and professional customer service.
• Refers potential customers who may be interested and/or keen in AFFIN’s other products/services to relevant parties and ensure optimal achievements of set targets.
• Provides advice on financial planning and perform other service functions (i.e. carry out sales visits, prospecting and early engagements to generate leads).
• Acts as takaful’s single point of contact and cultivate excellent relationship with all parties.
• Performs “Know Your Customer” (KYC)/ Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for financial/non-financial transactions.
• Ensures high standards of customer service in line with the quality and standards set by Affin and STMKB.
• To generate own leads from walk-in customers, bank events, and personal contacts.
• Actively participate in the bank’s sales and promotion activities.
• Ensure sales and services rendered to customers are in compliant with internal and external policies, guideline as well as regulations.
