Senior Pricing & Product Analyst
The Senior Pricing & Product Analyst will be part of the Actuarial team and plays a pivotal role in supporting Allianz entities with driving company strategy to grow profitable business. This includes ensuring accurate and effective product pricing strategies by developing, updating, and managing sophisticated pricing models and tools. This position also supports key business objectives of Allianz entities by providing manual quotes, conducting portfolio monitoring, and assisting with policy drafting for both new and existing products.

Capabilities and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
Actuarial qualifications (FCAS, FIA, FIAA or equivalent), or partial qualification, would be an advantage.
At least 8 years of experience in a pricing using P&C Actuarial methodologies, primarily pricing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience with pricing tools such as Radar Base or other actuarial software.
Familiarity with IT Platforms like Confluence and Jira.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle large datasets, clean and manipulate data, and derive actionable insights.
Ability to apply statistical and actuarial principles to pricing challenges and product management.
Keen attention to detail, particularly when working on manual quotes and drafting policy wording.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting policy documents and collaborating with stakeholders across various departments.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
