As a Business HR Partner Intern, you will support HR operations by engaging in administrative and business process analysis to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the department.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to coordinate and monitor the execution of administrative tasks and business process analysis.
Assist in managing and addressing ad-hoc requests related to HR processes and workflow optimization.
Help collect, consolidate, and arrange data from various sources for dashboard creation and reporting.

Qualifications:

You must be a third-year or final-year student currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Familiarity with HR processes and business analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software and other common office applications.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
