JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

What you will do:

Pre-Sales Strategy & Product Development 

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop tailored advertising solutions that meet client objectives. 

  • Assist in product positioning and strategy formulation pre-launch, ensuring competitive market placement. 

  • Support the sales team with custom media strategies and innovative ad solutions for bespoke client requests. 

  • Develop and refine proposals, pitch decks, and sales materials to enhance the pre-sales process. 

Solution Design & Customization for Clients 

  • Work with clients and sales teams to understand specific client needs and create bespoke advertising solutions. 

  • Collaborate with Product, Ad Operations, and Creative teams to develop tailored media offerings. 

  • Recommend cross-platform solutions (Digital, Programmatic, and social media) based on client objectives. 

  • Ensure that solutions are data-driven, measurable, and aligned with the latest industry trends. 

Sales Enablement & Team Support 

  • Act as a strategic consultant for the sales team, providing insights and recommendations on client strategies. 

  • Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance sales team understanding of products and solutions. 

  • Develop case studies and success stories showcasing the effectiveness of bespoke solutions. 

  • Ensure sales teams are equipped with the latest market insights, competitive positioning, and product innovations. 

Market & Competitive Analysis 

  • Stay updated on advertising trends, competitor offerings, and emerging media technologies. 

  • Analyze market insights, consumer behavior, and audience data to shape product and sales strategies. 

  • Provide feedback to product teams on potential gaps and opportunities for new solutions. 

Client Engagement & Collaboration 

  • Work directly with high-value clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored solutions. 

  • Participate in client meetings and pitch presentations, ensuring a consultative and solution-driven approach. 

  • Support sales negotiations by providing technical insights, ROI models, and strategic recommendations. 

REQUIREMENTS:

Who you are: 

  • 5-8 years of experience in sales strategy, media planning, product development, or pre-sales consulting. 

  • Strong expertise in advertising, digital media, programmatic, and integrated marketing solutions. 

  • Proven ability to develop and execute customized media solutions for high-value clients. 

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and strategic thinking skills. 

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, product, creative, and analytics). 

  • Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable solutions. 

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), analytics platforms, and proposal software is a plus.
