Supports our Malaysia Site Communications Manager. The successful candidate will assist in executing the site communications strategy, working closely with the internal communications team and site leadership to enhance Intel's reputation in Malaysia both internally and externally.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of Intel Malaysia's site communications, including internal, social media, and executive communications, in alignment with Intel Global Communications Group (GCG) priorities and Intel Malaysia Site objectives.
Support storytelling initiatives on key themes and narratives through various formats such as intranet, newsletters, blogs, social media, open forums, videos, podcasts, infographics, and other creative mediums.
Collaborate with relevant communications teams in the APJ region and globally, as well as stakeholders at the Malaysia site, including the site leader, Business Unit Leaders, HR, Legal, etc.
Act as a resource and provide counsel to the various business units across the site, on site communications matters.
Experience and competencies
3-5 years of communications experience, preferably in the technology industry.
Experience in internal communications, storytelling, and employer branding is a plus.
Ability to support the development and execution of impactful 360-degree communications programs and campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on communications metrics and tools for measurement and impact.
Innovative mindset with a passion for driving new models of communications for higher impact; adept at using technology to elevate communications impact.
Agility and adaptability to changing environments both internally and externally.
Collaborative team player with excellent writing skills.
