We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies across multiple channels to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a test-and-learn mindset, capable of identifying and capitalizing on scalable business and product growth opportunities. This role will focus on driving sustainable growth through innovative campaigns, continuous optimization, and data-backed decision-making.
As a Guru you will be accountable for:
Strategic Planning
Develop and implement growth marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Identify key customer segments and target markets to maximize acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Data Analysis & Insights
Leverage analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, uncover trends, and derive actionable insights.
Use data to optimize marketing efforts and improve overall growth strategies.
Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid, organic, and product-led growth channels, including SEM, social media, email, content marketing, and more.
Drive user acquisition and conversion through performance-focused initiatives.
Experimentation & A/B Testing
Design and run A/B tests to evaluate marketing tactics, creatives, and messaging.
Implement learnings to refine strategies and maximize campaign effectiveness.
Funnel Optimization
Analyze the customer journey to identify bottlenecks and optimize conversion rates at every stage, from awareness to purchase.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, sales, and data teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and enhance the customer experience.
Reporting & Communication
Develop and present performance reports, tracking progress and measuring ROI to inform stakeholders and guide future strategies.
