The Outward & Inward Telegraphic Transfer (OTT & ITT) Manager's key responsibility is to provide guidance and support for branches concerning OTT, ITT transactions, Nostro agent queries in accordance with the standards set and act as the Siron Embargo Supervisor. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager, Global Payment Centre (GPC).
Key Responsibilities:
Functional
Approve and review staffs’ OTT & ITT transactions efficiently in accordance with the Bank’s procedures and regulatory policies i.e end-of-day financial transactions checking, balancing, reconciliation and relief functions when required to prevent fraud.
Work closely with operations units/ branches on the Embargo hit for OTT and ITT transactions to ensure improvement of process risk controls and management.
Manage and fully committed to the related project i.e attending project meetings, scope out requirements, discussion with stakeholders, prepare and perform UAT/Regression tests to ensure institute continuous work process improvement.
Job Requirements:
Education/Qualification
Malaysian citizen.
Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree/ Professional Degree holder and above in any related discipline qualification with 5 years and above relevant experience in Financial Institutions/ Banking Operations or related fields.
Experienced in FSA, ECM, ABM Rules, BASEL II, FATCA, AML or FEA are preferable.
Working proficiency in English (written/ spoken) and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong management and leadership skills, analytical thinker with attention to detail.
