Support Partnership Distribution sales channel on New Business, Policy Servicing, and Claims related matters. Effective control over Penders to ensure New Business proposal turn into production within agreed TAT. Liaise with appropriate department and stakeholder to resolve New Business and Policy Servicing inquiry and issue raised. Advice and provide solution to PD partners and PD sales team on New business and Policy Servicing related inquiry. Assist on proposal and policy servicing application submission and follow up. Response to inbound call and email from PD partners and PD sales team.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Key responsibility on Penders management to maximize production capturing for Partnership Distribution.

  • Well verse with PD products and process flow to support PD sales channel.

  • Response positively to PD partners and PD sales team on their inquiry, request, and issue raised.

  • Arrange medical appointment with panel clinic / hospital.

  • Respond to email and phone inquiries within stipulated time.

Job Specification:   

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline

  • Must be meticulous with the ability to work under pressure

  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision

  • Has good monitoring and tracking ability

  • Possess good communication skills and relationship building

  • Sensitivity and adaptability towards changes in environment

  • Good in time management

Experience

  • At least 3-5 years relevant working experience in financial services industries

  • Preferably in life and bancassurance or life insurance

  • Ability to manage bank partners’ or customers’ expectation.

Knowledge 

  • Technical understanding/experience of insurance operation processes

  • Good in computer skills especially in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
