We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Risk Intelligence with expertise in risk dashboard development to strengthen our bank’s risk management capabilities. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining interactive risk dashboards that provide real-time insights to enhance risk visibility and decision-making at senior levels. The ideal candidate will have advanced data visualization expertise, experience with BI tools and automation, and a deep understanding of financial and operational risk metrics. Additionally, this role will involve mentoring junior analysts and collaborating with leadership to drive risk intelligence strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of highly interactive risk intelligence dashboards for real-time monitoring and visualization of key risk indicators (KRIs).

• Collaborate with senior risk leaders, data science, IT, and business teams to enhance risk data integration and reporting capabilities.

• Design and implement advanced BI solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView, ensuring dashboards are user-friendly and visually compelling.

• Ensure dashboards provide actionable insights across credit risk, fraud detection, operational risk, compliance monitoring, and regulatory reporting.

• Automate data extraction, transformation (ETL), and visualization processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.

• Perform data validation, governance, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability in risk reporting.

• Define risk metrics, KPIs, and performance monitoring frameworks, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.

• Support the integration of AI-driven analytics and predictive risk models into dashboards to enhance risk assessment capabilities.

• Conduct advanced analytics, stress testing, and scenario modeling to provide deeper insights into emerging risks.

• Stay ahead of industry trends, BI innovations, and regulatory changes to continuously improve risk intelligence capabilities.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a data-driven decision-making culture within the risk management function.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in risk analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization, preferably in financial services or fintech.

• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or QlikView.

• Strong SQL skills and experience with Python, R, or other data processing tools.

• Understanding of risk management concepts, financial risk indicators, and regulatory reporting requirements.

• Experience in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and working with large datasets.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and storytelling skills to translate complex data into strategic insights.

• Ability to present risk intelligence insights to senior stakeholders and executive leadership effectively.

• Experience with AI-driven analytics, predictive modeling, and automation is a strong advantage.

• Excellent collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior analysts and drive cross-functional risk initiatives.
