- Ensure that documents received from AFC are complete and within the agreed stipulated time

- Perform data/information maintenance and documentation updates if required - - Ensure that documents/agreements are duly lodged according to regulatory/procedural requirements e.g. stamping and mailing within the stipulated period

- Vet and ensure that imaging is completed prior to safe-keeping

- Ensure proper safekeeping security documents and ensure that they are completed in a timely manner

- Ensure that movement of security documents are properly documented and tracked Communicate and resolve any documentation issues with the respective parties in a timely manner

- Assist Head, CDU on identifying process improvement for productivity, TAT, etc.

- Assist in discharging e-Hakmilik

- Attend to matters pertaining to returned mail

- Monitor and manage closed/written off files including disposal as per guidelines and procedures

- Ensure that data integrity and workflow/process requirements are met

- Ensure timely submission of reports to Head Office

- Keep abreast with the latest and applicable Bank and regulatory policies, guidelines, manuals and circulars and ensure that they are compiled at all times e.g. the Bank’s Credit Authority Framework, Bank’s Credit Instruction Circulars, the Bank’s Code of Ethics, BNM Responsible Financing Guidelines, BNM Product Transparency and Disclosure Guidelines, BNM Policy on Single Counterparty Exposure Limit, BNM Prohibited Business Conduct Guidelines, BNM Fair Debt Collection Practices, Financial Services Act/ Islamic Financial Services Act 2013, Hire Purchase Act 1967, Personal Data Protection Act 2010, Anti-Money Laundering Act 2001etc.
