Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage and supervise Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN) including management of Load Balancers, multiple firewall platforms and security devices such as IPS, Network Access Controller (NAC), Wireless LAN Controller, TACACS, VPN Concentrator and network services such as DNS & DHCP.
2. Manage and supervise telecommunications infrastructure and its related software, such as call management systems, VoIP, video conferencing, voice mail, and other telephony and network applications.
3. L2/L3 operations support in resolving defects/errors/failures, performing root cause analysis and executing minor enhancement:
a) All services for IT Network infrastructure;
b) Wide Area Network (WAN) links for MPLS IP/VPN Services, Data Center (DC) links, Offsite ATM/SST links, BNM NWI, Paynet and KLSE ETP.
c) Third Party services such as Card Business NAC and TLE.
d) Operational support including non-business hours, providing 24/7 on-call support;
