• To grow the Bancatakaful business and fee-based income for AFFIN bank.
• Drives personal Advisory Takaful production and formulate action plans to achieve team’s production target.
• Provides training/ briefing on products identify training needed for staff and perform other service functions (i.e. carry out joint sales visits, enhance team member’s knowledge and coaching).
• Ensures team embrace high standards of customer service in line with the quality and standards set by Affin and STMKB.
• Actively participate and coordinate in the bank’s sales and promotion activities.
• Ensure sales team’s services rendered to customers are in compliant with internal and external policies, guideline as well as regulations.
• Performance and productivity tracking for sales staff.
• Recruiting of sales staff according to approved headcount.
