JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Recruitment and HR Operations functions. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the full spectrum of HR, from sourcing talent to supporting day-to-day employee operations.

What you will do

Recruitment Support:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage job postings across multiple platforms.
• Maintain and update candidate tracking databases.
• Support employer branding efforts, including content creation and outreach initiatives.

HR Operations:

• Handle general administrative tasks and support the HR team in daily operations.

Who you are

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
