The intern’s role is to support the business to execute various programs/ initiatives to grow the Fixed Deposits portfolio. The candidate will good exposure with planning and implementing marketing programs, learn the skills and steps to develop communication materials including managing timelines and feedback from other stakeholders. The role will provide good exposure with other units within the Bank like sales teams, compliance, operations support, legal and digital team.
Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Perform end-to-end task for planning & execution of marketing campaigns
2. Tracking and preparing post campaign analysis3. Review and perform sanity checking for promo codes4. Monitoring competitors’ FD promotional campaigns and updating Competitor Analysis on a weekly basis.5. Preparing and updating any internal management reporting requirements on business performance and campaign tracking6. Support in rolling out digital enhancements to expand the target base of Fixed Deposit customers
Skills & Competencies (Requirements)1. Educational background in Business/ Commerce, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or Marketing Communication2. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken)3. Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel4. Strong business acumen5. Possess good project management6. Attentive to details7. Able to multitask & work under pressure8. Proactive in nature, self-learner
