Roles & Responsibilities
Effectively handle and address a variety of merchant payment inquiries, providing prompt and precise solutions. This includes
executing manual adjustments and refunds, as well as collaborating to resolve payment failures;
overseeing fees, refunds, and balances while addressing any transactional discrepancies;
and ensuring accurate data by reconciling payments and performing system maintenance, and providing insights on payment statuses while efficiently escalating complex cases.
Other Responsibilities
Ensure operational excellence and compliance by adhering to regulations, optimizing processes, fostering collaboration, and managing issue escalations.
Drive operational improvements through SOP and metric development, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.
Proactively identify and escalate critical issues, including system errors and backlogs, while readily adapting to ad-hoc duties.
Support cross-functional collaboration within Card and Merchant teams and support the Bank’s digital initiatives to automate operations.
Requirements
Malaysian citizen.
Preferred Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance, Commerce or equivalent.
2 years and above working experience in operations/processing role.
Skills
Strong customer service skills.
Highly motivated and effective in time-sensitive environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Microsoft Words, Excel and Powerpoint.
Displays a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
