SUMMARY Support day-to-day processing of service requests and to ensure processing is carried out within the set benchmark for Life and Family Takaful policy servicing business.

KEY TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Support the daily operation:- check and approve the Reinstatement transaction within the authority limit.
• Manage the request or appeal for Reinstatement, ensure all processes are done prudently and in accordance to all regulatory and corporate requirements.
• To attend enquiries and complaints on Reinstatement related.
• Monitor and ensure the Outstanding cases/issue is being resolved in timely manner. Actively monitor the workflow.
• Ensure requests are handled with accuracy and a commitment to quality.
• Prepare periodic performance/statistical report (if assigned)
• Review and recommend measure to improve the existing system. Liaise and coordinate with superior and IT Department for the enhancement.
• To participate on the enhancement or servicing projects.
• Undertake any other tasks and duties allocated by management as and when required

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE Education : Degree Experience : 2 years

• At  least  2 years working experience in insurance industry, preferably experience in policy servicing or possess Diploma/Associate in Insurance/ Actuarial examination.
• Fresh Grads as are welcome to apply.

  TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Knowledge of insurance, proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, PC literate, good communication and interpersonal skill, excellent leadership, good problem solving and analytical skill.
