Position Objective

• Budget preparation for the Bank.
• Closing functions – includes monthly, quarterly & yearly closing.
• Project lead for UATs and new products and services.

Job Requirement

• Budget - preparation and consolidation of budget templates and critical analysis of budget numbers from BUs to ensure conformance to business models and organization goals.
• Preparation of management reports and financial statements of the Bank for presentation to Management, Board of Directors, auditors, holding company and Regulators (BNM/Bursa/SC etc)

• Ad-hoc assignments and any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Team Lead/Head of Department.

Skills/Knowledge

• Bachelor degree and/or professional qualification in Accounting.
• Prior experience in financial/management reporting and/or audit is an added advantage.
• Good analytical, problem solving and planning skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with different levels of internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Good project management skill.
• Preferably with Oracle/ Quantum systems knowledge.
