Role and Responsibilities• Customer Relationship and Stakeholder Management: Maintaining positive relationships with business by Initiating important partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.• Process Improvement: Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place with relevant controls.• Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments on digital projects, existing systems, and third parties to identify potential risks and recommend action plans to mitigate them.• Compliance Review: Ensure compliance with established policies and applicable regulations by conducting compliance reviews on control effectiveness.• Policy Development: Assist in developing policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure the safety of IT assets in adherence to business needs, industrial best practices, and regulatory requirements.• Governance Support: Support the Head of Technology Operations to ensure effective technology risk oversight and governance.Regulatory Support: Assist the technology teams in their interactions with regulators, including inspections, surveys, and consultation papers.• Third Party Risk Management – Ensure Third Party Risk Management in line with policies and conduct Due Diligences on 3rd party vendors.• Attestation / Assurance – Conduct thematic reviews of Technology Operations Processes, identify lapses and implement controls together with the Tower Leads• Audits – Managing internal and external Audits touching Global Technology Operations and ensure alignment on Process / artefacts and potential observations.
