The day-to-day activities:

Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Risk
Develop and implement frameworks, metrics, and tools for assessing, monitoring and reporting on ESG risks and performance.
Conduct risk assessments to evaluate the impacts of ESG risks, ensure alignment with the regulatory requirements, industry practices, and stakeholder expectations related to Sustainability and ESG issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Sustainability and ESG considerations into business strategies and decision-making processes.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote awareness and understanding of ESG risks and opportunities.
Operational Risk
Provide operational risk expertise and advisory to Business Units (BUs) from risk identification to monitoring in accordance with the Operational Risk Policy and Standard.
Facilitate and support BUs in the Operational Risk Management tools, including RCSA, KRI, CET, Operational Risk Incident Management.
Undertake accurate and timely delivery of risk reporting to various risk committee forums.
Promote and develop risk culture and awareness in GX Bank.

The must haves:

At least 5 years of working experience in related industry with exposure to Risk Management
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Economic/ Business or equivalent
A self-driven and highly motivated individual who is willing to take on new challenges and be adaptive to a fast-growing environment
Detail-oriented with ability to work under pressure and tight schedules
