Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monitoring and processing daily outgoing and incoming payments, including manual, single, batch, and urgent payments through RPP, RENTAS, and SWIFT.
• Ensuring all payments comply with internal and external rules, internal and external cut-off times, and internal product requirements.
• Liaising daily with the cards and lending pod for all matters related to payments.
• Liaising with correspondent banks on any payment-related issues.
• Providing daily reports required for reconciliation purposes.
• Handling daily payment-related reconciliations.
• Ensuring adherence to the bank’s payment-related policies.
• Assisting in documenting the payment operations team’s Operational Procedures.
• Providing ideas and suggesting ways to improve operational systems, processes, and procedures.
• Executing ad hoc tasks as requested by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar operational role within a financial services institution.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize work.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Excel.
• General accounting experience.
• General knowledge of Treasury Operations.
• Experience with RPP, RENTAS, and SWIFT.
