Job Responsibilities
• To support the administration function of Finance, Administration & Compliance in: - Cost Analysis/Tracking, Budgeting, Monthly Accruals, Cost Allocation - Payment process of utilities bills - Disposal of non – IT assets - Payment of Quit Rent and Assessment of Bank Own Property. - Renewal of Bank Guarantee for TNB, Telekom, Sabah Electricity and SESCO - Termination of Electricity accounts - Reconciliation of Deposit accounts related premises • Assist unit Head Finance, Administration and Compliance on governance control and risk management and control. • Other tasks as and when assigned by the supervisor.
