We are looking for talents to initiate, develop and launch payment products and capabilities, such as debit/credit cards and mobile/in-app payment capabilities, that will transform Hong Leong to be a leader in the payments space competing with banks, e-wallets, and other forms of payment instruments with the aim of generating growth of Payment, Partnership and Unsecured Loans’ Profit & Loss.
Job Responsibilities:
Periodic review of product P&L to derive product strategies, marketing initiatives and action plans to improve product profitability.
Lead the planning and launch of payment solutions to achieve the business’ objectives, sales and financial targets while supporting channel alignments on launches through effective campaign briefing and internal communications.
Benchmark existing product proposition (CVP) versus market to ensure competitiveness, revising existing product or developing new products if necessary.
Drive credit cards acquisition through differentiated acquisition campaigns, expansion of distribution channels, improve customer on-boarding process and consistently engage the sales team to provide necessary marketing support.
Drive product acquisition via offline and digital channel (leads, applications, funding/approval) through developing and implementing marketing frameworks to improve customer performance (i.e. card activation, retail spend, revolving, etc.).
Enhance digital acquisition journey for all related products to improve business acquisition and customer experience
Job Requirements:
Malaysian citizen
Undergraduate Degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Management or equivalent
3-5 years of working experience in product development, campaign management and/or payments
Familiarity with the industry players such as media, advertising including A&P would be an added advantage
