Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for providing sales support to all sales channels on cross-selling including initiatives and sales processes.
· To create, design and review sales training programs including TTT train trainer programs, sales certification programs and other sales training programs may be required from time to time.
· To create, design and review new joiners on boarding program
· To work with the sales team and sales compliance on customer complaints include investigation, finding and dispute management
· To perform tasks to support sales management as required from time to time
Job Requirement:
· Bachelor’s degree/university degree or equivalent qualification
· Minimum 8 years of working experience in sales roles or similar role in sales management and in financial institutions
· Experience in lending products sales roles will be an added advantage.
· Experience in training and sales processes management are encouraged to apply
· Good presentation and interpersonal skills and skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words and Microsoft Power Point.
· Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
· Fluent in both spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English
