Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management:

  • Assist in the administration of the performance review cycle, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback processes.
  • Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on performance management processes and tools.
  • Analyze performance data and provide insights to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain performance management documentation and resources.

Rewards and Compensation:

  • Design, implement, and administer competitive rewards programs, including salary administration, bonus programs, and employee recognition initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Develop and implement rewards strategies and programs that align with organizational goals.
  • Manage employee benefits enrollment, administration, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant compensation and benefits regulations. 

Benefits Management:

  • Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and resolve any benefits-related issues.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing benefits programs.
  • Process and manage benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations. 

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect, analyze, and report on key performance, rewards, and benefits metrics using advanced Microsoft Excel functions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management on performance, rewards, and benefits data.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HRIS systems.
  • Utilize advanced excel functions such as pivot tables, vlookups and complex formulas to provide data insights. 

Program Administration:

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of performance, rewards, and benefits programs.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding performance, rewards, and benefits programs.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in performance management, compensation, and benefits.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and complex formulas.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Workday
  • Certification in compensation and benefits (e.g., CCP, CBP).
  • Experience in the financial sector.
