Job Summary

The Transformation Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing a short-term project for Deposits business focused on the evaluation and enhancement of deposit-related processes and the review of associated fees and charges. This role involves conducting thorough analyses, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with industry best practices. The job holder will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management. This is a contract position designed to support the organization in optimizing its deposit operations and fee structures.

Business •    Review and analyze current deposit products, fees, and charges to identify opportunities for improvement. •    Benchmark against industry standards to ensure competitive positioning. •    Provide insights and recommendations to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Processes •    Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing deposit processes to identify inefficiencies. •    Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. •    Ensure all processes are compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

People & Talent •    Provide training and guidance to team members on new processes and procedures. •    Foster a collaborative environment to encourage knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. •    Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for queries related to deposit processes and fee structures.

Risk Management •    Conduct risk assessments to identify potential compliance and operational risks. •    Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks. •    Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory standards and internal risk management policies.

Governance •    Ensure all project activities are conducted in accordance with the bank’s governance frameworks. •    Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management and relevant committees. •    Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all project activities and findings.  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
  • Min 8 years of experience in project management or business transformation roles.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving and implementing business transformation initiatives.
  • Posses a deep understanding of banking regulations, and the ability to drive process improvements in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
