Job Description

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to head the Employee Insights & Initiatives (EI&I) team within the Talent & Capability function. Reporting to the Director of Talent & Capability, this role will be instrumental in shaping SEEK’s employee lifecycle experience across APAC. The successful candidate will bring expertise in employee experience, strategic advising, and program leadership to create meaningful, data-driven employee engagement solutions aligned with SEEK’s objectives, values, and culture.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Framework Development: Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive Employee Lifecycle experience framework for APAC, ensuring alignment with SEEK’s vision and values.
  • Employee Listening Strategies: Drive "voice of customer" programs and employee listening strategies across various stages of the employee lifecycle to inform future initiatives.
  • Data Analytics & Insights: Build advanced analytics capabilities to derive insights from diverse data sources, creating actionable strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Career Tools & Development: Partner with the Talent & Capability team to develop career tools and processes that enable fulfilling career experiences for SEEKers.
  • Innovative People Practices: Champion modern employee experience methodologies, including human-centered design, agile HR concepts, and experimentation.
  • Program Management: Lead all aspects of all EI&I program management efforts, including change management, collaborator communications, and regular updates for senior leadership.
  • Employee Engagement Surveys: Lead the end-to-end Employee Engagement Survey cycle, including survey design, execution, and analysis.
  • Governance & Compliance: Lead compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical standards in all employee listening and analytics activities.
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing APAC EI&I team, driving collaboration and excellence.

The Team:

This role is part of the Talent & Capability function, which includes Talent & Leadership, Learning, and Employee Insights & Initiatives. The EI&I team, reporting to the Director of Talent & Capability, is a small but impactful team of Senior Consultants and Consultants dedicated to delivering meaningful outcomes across APAC.

  • Employee Listening Strategy: Including the Employee Engagement Survey and other feedback mechanisms.
  • Culture/Our SEEK: Cultivating a positive and purposeful workplace culture.
  • Employee Journeys: From pre-onboarding to post-offboarding, including internal role movement.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 12+ years of experience in a similar role within multinational organizations, with exposure to APAC markets. Experience from a leading management consulting firm in the People Advisory space or Customer Experience is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Expertise in contemporary employee experience and engagement frameworks, including human-centered design and agile HR methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience managing employee-related surveys and deriving actionable insights.
  • Ability to lead and mentor regional teams, including senior consultants and consultants.
  • Exceptional collaboration and program management skills, with experience engaging with senior leaders (CPO, PCLT, etc.).
  • A customer-centric approach with demonstrated success in managing projects across multiple locations.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and facilitation skills.
  • Innovative, proactive, and capable of identifying and addressing employee experience gaps
