The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to head the Employee Insights & Initiatives (EI&I) team within the Talent & Capability function. Reporting to the Director of Talent & Capability, this role will be instrumental in shaping SEEK’s employee lifecycle experience across APAC. The successful candidate will bring expertise in employee experience, strategic advising, and program leadership to create meaningful, data-driven employee engagement solutions aligned with SEEK’s objectives, values, and culture.

The EI&I team, reporting to the Director of Talent & Capability, is a small but impactful team of Senior Consultants and Consultants dedicated to delivering meaningful outcomes across APAC.
