The incumbent is responsible to oversee the Group Life Servicing Endorsement team to ensure that all administrative duties for Endorsement are carried out promptly and efficiently in accordance with relevant service standards and to the customers’ satisfaction.The incumbent is required to have knowledge of group products (and their features and technicalities) and operational processes to ensure a smooth-running flow of overall operations activities. The incumbent is also required to comply with set underwriting guideline and operational procedures in completing all administrative and operational activities.The functions are including: -▪ Management of operation team.▪ Timely report submission (Endorsement TAT report).▪ Call and enquiries activities carried out promptly and efficiently.▪ Compliance of rules and regulation by Company and regulatory bodies.▪ Ensure the service standards had been met.▪ To involve and to coordinate any projects related to group business.PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:• Support group business endorsement processes from end-to-end servicing and ensuring the completion/ fulfilment of responsibilities of each process accordingly.• Ensure endorsement servicing request are performed within service standard until customer outcome is delivered.• On-going reviewing and enhancing process flow as well as enhancing team productivity.• Ensuring all processes are adhere to guidelines, rules and regulation by Company and regulatory bodies.• Collaborate with internal and external teams/stakeholders to fulfil customer needs and resolve customer complaints / incidents.• Providing support and assistance to facilitate with audit/ regulatory requests.ENDORSEMENT• Date Entry of new members details into appropriate excels spreadsheet for premium generations.• Prepare billing document – Issue Statement of assurance, Debit Note for transaction of adding new member and/or Credit Note for deletion of member transactions.• Ensuring proper checking of necessary medical requirements.
