To support the growth of UOB, we have opportunities for aspiring candidates in managing recruitment, employee queries and data administration in our Human Resources team. The HR Shared Services Officer will provide first line comprehensive operational support within the HR Shared Services department. You will join our growing team to deliver positive customer centric experiences to stakeholders including but not limited to employees, managers, candidates.
You will be assigned responsibilities comprising of or from a combination of the below key areas:
Interview coordination and operations
Temporary contingent workforce recruitment operations
Employee query management and transaction processing
Projects & Reporting
