The Head, Product Marketing & Digital Acquisition (Personal Loan & Credit Card) will be responsible the growth of Personal Loan and Credit Card Sales Acquisition from digital channels (HLB websites and Online Banking) through implementing campaigns that will attract customers that leads to generating the growth of Personal Loan and Credit Card Profit & Loss. This role reports to the Head of Payments, Partnership & Unsecured Lending.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives of product (i.e. create brand & product awareness, acquire and/or cross sell product to new and existing customers, sales improvement and internal engagement)

  • Ensure all marketing initiatives are implemented within the set timeframe, performance is tracked and deliver the respective business objectives within prescribed A&P budget.

  • Foster active interactions for all sales channels and build a strong business relationship by supporting and addressing enquiries

  • Regularly monitor business landscape on product pricing, credit strategy, marketing trends and distribution strategy. 

  • Work closely with Marketing & Communication division and respective media agency to develop media plans and strategy to grow brand awareness for the product and ultimately drive sales growth through our digital channels (HLB website and Online Banking)

  • Engage with potential external partners to explore collaborations to drive sales conversions through the digital platform.

Job Requirements:

  • Malaysian citizen

  • Bachelor's degree holder in Business, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Engineering or candidates with the necessary work experience are invited to apply

  • 7 years and above experience in cards marketing, cards acquisition or cards portfolio management unit
