JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Campaign Management Intern is responsible for the operational aspects of campaign execution, reporting directly to the Client Solutions Lead. The role will be focusing on inputting placements/booking via our internal booking system (ARP/Astro Ads) and managing internal follow-ups to ensure seamless campaign execution, including credit mentions on long-term sponsorship, recordings, etc.

What you will do: 

  • Campaign Input and Management:  Input placement details accurately into the system (ARP & Astro Ads) and ensure all campaign details are correctly logged and tracked within internal systems.
  • Operational Tasks: Address and resolve any operational issues that may arise during campaign execution to ensure all dutiesable to be executed in accordance with deadlines.
  • Internal Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, including Creative Solution, Marketing Services, and Platforms owners, to ensure all campaign elements are in place and functioning correctly. Follow up with respective teams to ensure timely completion of tasks related to the campaign.
  • Campaign Implementation: Collaborate with cross functional teams (Content, Sales and Marketing) to fulfil sponsorship deliverables that align with sponsorship objectives and entitlements and conduct post-campaign evaluations in order to determine how future projects could be improve.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records and documentation of all campaign activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

Who you are

  • Currently pursuing (final year) a degree in Business, Media, Advertising, Marketing, or any related field. 
  • Strong interest in media and advertising industry.
  • Able to analyse data, conduct market research, and draw actionable insights. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively. 
  • A team player who can work effectively in a cross-functional environment. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
