Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure that Batu Pahat Branch is in good condition and report any issue that require for maintenance.
- To ensure confidentiality of record and data, restrict the flow of information to other non- relevant parties according to company’s policies and procedures on firewall and confidentiality of information.
- To assist in verifying role of new client’s account opening in ops portal
- To handle enquiries from dealer’s Representatives / clients.
- Review AMLA matters in the operation portal.
- Customer services skills are required.
- To handle any Corporate Action matters i.e foreign stock.
- To handle SBL account opening.
- All other matters ancillary to the above.
- To perform any other related duties that Management may require from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- SPM and/or professional qualification in a relevant discipline
- Good Leadership skills and collaborative culture
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact
- Strong cultural sensitivity to manage relationships with people from diverse cultures
