Job Description
Responsibilities
• Managing the warranty service for purchased vacuum.
• Managing the battery (charging and replacing, collecting battery from cashier office).
• Replacing unserviceable vacuum onboard.
• Liaise with CCE at hubs for warranty service and replacing unserviceable units.
• Provide general support to the Cabin Crew Department.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements and skills
• Minimum SPM holder.
• Computer literate skills.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Have the ability to multi-task and work on shift.
