Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

Our team focuses on driving growth and innovation across Enterprise-in-Retail, Shop-in-Shop, and strategic programs/projects. This individual contributor role is centered around utilising business analytics to shape and execute channel strategies, optimise business efficiency, and enhance campaign planning. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, data-driven performance improvements and continuously refine our approach to achieve sustained success.

What are you accountable for?

  • Develop & Execute Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales planning strategies for Retail Enterprise, Shop-in-Shop, and strategic programs to drive growth and value in mobile and broadband.

  • Optimise Channels & Resources: Optimise sales channels, engagement tactics and resource allocation to maximise performance and results.

  • Innovate Channel Models: Continuously refine and innovate channel models to improve cost drivers, sales drivers, and resource utilisation for sustained growth and operational excellence.

  • Lead Program Delivery: Lead the end-to-end delivery of channel development programs, from planning and budgeting to execution and monitoring, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation.

  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Conduct regular audits and performance reviews to ensure operational excellence, smooth execution and continuous improvement.

  • Analyse Sales Data & Insights: Analyse sales activity to assess channel performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to refine strategies.

  • Create Clear Reports & Dashboards: Prepare clear, actionable reports and dashboards that provide stakeholders with the information needed to make informed, data-driven decisions.

  • Monitor & Optimise Performance: Regularly track performance against targets, identifying areas of opportunity and intervention to stay ahead of goals.

  • Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Independently manage key stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives, meeting deadlines, and surpassing expectations.

  • Lead Strategic Presentations: Lead strategic presentations and discussions with stakeholders at all levels to ensure clear communication, alignment, and buy-in on key initiatives.

  • Align Regional & External Partners: Lead impactful briefings to regional teams and external partners, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment on goals and execution plans.
