Job Summary

Market Data Services (MDS) provides solutions for, implements and operates the firm’s market data, MDS Administrative Services, a sub-team of the MDS SingaporeTeam, based in Kuala Lumpur providing inventory management, vendor and exchange compliance, MIS reporting, and other services to the Commercial Services Team and their clients.

MDS admin has 3 sub teams: Request management, Invoice management and Inventory management. The team lead will lead the day to day operations of the sub team and acts as subject matter expert as well as first point of escalation

Strategy • Good understanding of market data products • Experienced in working with market data inventory systems • Documentation of work flow and implementation of work flow efficiencies

Business • Good client management skills, able to work well with internal and external clients/vendor

Risk Management • Provide exchange and external vendor reporting on time and accurately

Governance • Participate in market data cost control and cost avoidance strategies
