Functional (job responsibilities)

To be part of Reporting & Campaign Management team to produce campaigns and reports for consumer products such as Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Deposits, Mortgages, Hire Purchase on a customer segment basis as well as Business Banking on the digital platform
Campaign responsibilities will include the creation and upload of acquisition, cross-selling and retention projects on batch or real-time basis; and tracking of results
Reporting responsibilities will include the timely production of standard reports from data extraction to publishing
To ensure that the creation of these data products is within the accepted service level agreements of accuracy and turnaround times
To ensure that all production is within the compliance parameters set in the department’s SOP
To participate and contribute towards ad-hoc analytic projects
